Oh, hello there! We just wanted to share some important information about shipping and returns with you. We know how exciting it is to receive your cuddly goodies, so we promise to make the process as smooth as a gentle snuggle.
Shipping Delight
Please allow up to 2 days for your order to set sail from our California Warehouse. We'll be working jard to ship it as quickly as possible, but during busy times, it may take us a little longer to prepare your package with love.
Once your order has taken flight, we'll send a tracking number to the email on file. For our friends in the USA, your package will typically arrive within 2 business days to 7 days. If you're cuddling from afar, international orders may take around 15 days. We appreciate your understanding!
And YES, USA is free shipping.

FREE Standard Tracked Shipping: Expect delivery in 2 to 7 days, just like receiving a surprise hug.
Express Tracked Shipping: 2 Business days
We regret that we can't ship to certain regions in the US, including Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Armed Forces Atlantic, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and US Virgin Islands. We wish we could reach everyone, but our tiny wings have their limits.
INTERNATIONAL Love
For our global Cuddly friends, shipping rates will vary depending on your country and region. We appreciate your understanding as customs and snuggly international travels may take up to 7 to 14 days. Just imagine the anticipation building up!
Please keep in mind that additional taxes may apply—those sneaky little things.
Cancellations Made Simple
We totally get it if you change your mind about your order, but let's catch it before it's off on its journey. You have one hour to cancel or make changes to your order.
30-Day Returns - We've Got You Covered!
Sometimes we all need a change of heart, and that's okay! If you're not absolutely over-the-moon with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days, and we'll happily refund the purchase price. Your satisfaction means the world to us!
Here's how to return a product:
- Send a chirpy email to contact@cuddlepaws.co with your order number to initiate the return process.
- Keep an eye on your inbox because we'll send you instructions for returning your product.
- Safely pack your unused product and send it to the address we'll provide in our email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
Please Note:
We refund original delivery fees only for defective products, items that weren't accurately described, or mis-picked items. Just drop us a line at contact@cuddlepaws.co with your order number, and we'll arrange the returns.
